New promotions at Paddy & Scott’s

Zoe Hill and Martin Westhorp of Paddy & Scott’s have been promoted to Associate Directors. The Associate Director programme will see Zoe, 34 and Martin, 45 work directly with the board over the next 18 months, prior to joining the senior management team.

The new Associate Directors  will work on strategic planning, sales management, financial reporting, customer retention and export strategies.

“It’s a brilliant example of promoting from within” says Scott Russell, CEO and Founder. “Zoe started with the company 5 years ago in the customer services team and has steadily risen through the ranks, she’s a brilliant asset, really ambitious and knows the business inside out. Martin, who was running his own company before joining Paddy & Scott’s two years ago, was promoted to National Sales Manager within 18 months and has been instrumental in securing in excess of £2m of new contracts during this time” continues Scott.

Both Martin and Zoe, along with 8 other employees at Paddy & Scott’s, were awarded shares in the business last year as part of the employee equity program.

Zoe has been mentored through the Vistage senior management program over the last 18 months in preparation for new position.
