New Manager appointed to Ufford Park’s refurbished Park Restaurant

The appointment of a new Restaurant and Bar Manager is the latest development in a long-line of improvements for Ufford Park’s newly-refurbished Park Restaurant.

Juraj Minarciny joins Ufford Park with a wealth of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and a passion for customer service, having previously worked on cruise ships where the customer service is integral to the overall experience. He is responsible for managing the restaurant team and introducing new and innovative ideas to help achieve the vision that MD Tarnia Robertson has for Ufford Park.

2017 was an exciting year for Ufford Park as it celebrated its 25^th Anniversary and The Park Restaurant underwent a complete transformation. Tarnia selected blue and gold as the new colour scheme in order to create a more modern and contemporary feel and tie in with the ongoing bedroom refurbishments. The curtains were replaced, a bespoke carpet was designed and the addition of two booths and four eye-catching light panels completely transformed the look and feel of the restaurant. In August 2017, Ufford Park also introduced their savoury and children’s afternoon teas to the menu, both of which have proven very popular.

Ufford Park is keen to further promote its offering for special occasions such as birthday parties, christenings and wakes this year. Ufford Park’s catering team can accommodate most individual requests and are always keen to provide whatever is required, whether that is a sit-down meal, cold buffet or canapés; Juraj will be working closely with Tarnia and the Events Team to raise greater awareness about this offering.
