Make time to indulge with a bottomless brunch at The Bell Hotel Saxmundham

Brunch is an absolute winner, and becoming so popular among busy people wanting to make the most of their weekend. What better way to spend your weekend than merging breakfast and lunch while enjoying great company.

Which is why The Bell Hotel Saxmundham is launching a Bottomless Brunch on March 23rd, inviting diners to sit back, relax and make the most of precious weekend time.

Nestled in the heart of Saxmundham, The Bell Hotel has continued to develop its menu, working with local suppliers and producers and their incredible Head Chef, Anthony O’Farrell, to bring locals and tourists amazing dining and guest experiences.

The Bottomless Brunch menu is no exception, and here’s what you can expect:

Welsh rarebit, two fried eggs, rocket, and Parmesan salad.  Starting strong, this dish offers a sophisticated twist on the classic Welsh rarebit, paired with perfectly fried eggs and a fresh salad that balances richness with acidity and texture.

American pancakes, streaky bacon, maple syrup, vanilla ice cream.  For those who lean towards the sweet side of brunch, these fluffy American pancakes are accompanied by crispy bacon, luscious maple syrup, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

French toast club sandwich, rosemary fries.  Taking the classic French toast up a notch, this club sandwich version is a proper treat, served with aromatic rosemary fries.

Adnams beer battered cod & chips, crushed peas, tartar Sauce.  A nod to a British favourite, this dish offers crispy, golden-battered fish alongside traditional sides.

The Bell Hotel full English. Blythburgh pork sausage, smoked bacon, black pudding, field mushroom, tomato, sauteed potato, baked beans, choice of free-range eggs.  The Bell Hotel’s Full English breakfast is available in vegetarian and vegan options, ensuring everyone can enjoy this quintessential British staple.

Bell Hotel burger, fries, slaw.  Burgers at brunch? Absolutely. And the vegetarian option is also a hearty, satisfying choice, perfectly complemented by crispy fries and a tangy slaw.

Eggs Royale, Benedict or Florentine.  Smoked salmon/ham hock/spinach on toasted breakfast muffin with poached eggs & hollandaise sauce.  Completing the menu are these classic egg dishes, perfectly merging breakfast and lunch with either bacon or smoked salmon.

At £45 per person, you can enjoy unlimited Prosecco and beer for 1.5 hours, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm, providing the perfect accompaniment to this delicious menu.

Ready to relax?

The Bell Hotel Saxmundham’s bottomless brunch isn’t just about the food and drink; it’s an experience. It’s an opportunity to unwind, gather with loved ones, and  enjoy the weekend in the newly refurbished Bell Hotel.
