Lovewell Blake‘s financial planning team are hosting and ‘Your Retirement Experience’event on 25 April at Ravenwood Hall Hotel near Bury St Edmunds to help those nearing retirement to make the most of the opportunities available and plan for a great retirement.

For those approaching retirement there are a vast array of options available, as a result of the government’s pension freedom legislation. These financial decisions, coupled with making the transition from employment to retirement, may be quite daunting.

Retirement affects people both financially and emotionally. This ‘Your retirement experience’ event is designed to provide useful and informative guidance on how to effectively manage the impact of retirement on you and your family.

Speakers include Richard Packham, previously Chief Executive of Great Yarmouth Borough Council, who will be speaking about his own experiences in making the transition and sharing some of his lessons learnt, alongside other sector professionals.

Timings for the event are:
6.30 pm buffet with tea and coffee
7.15 pm presentations
8.15 pm a chance to enjoy further refreshments
9.00 pm close
