Max says, “To join Ufford Park at this point in its history – and be able to play a key role in its future – is an exciting and challenging opportunity. I am already working with each department to review our operational procedures and service levels; the whole team is striving together to make Ufford Park a destination hotel, offering many different reasons to visit, for the region.”
Commenting on the appointment, Tarnia Robertson said, “I am delighted to welcome Max to the Ufford Park team. The vision we have for the hotel requires that the people who work here put customer service and pride in their work as top priorities. Max exemplifies this approach and as he leads by example, this will enhance Ufford Park’s reputation both locally and further afield.”
