Paddy & Scott’s Adds Two More Faces to Its Team

Two new faces have joined the Paddy & Scott’s family this month, adding further support to the brand as it continues in its plans to bring high-quality coffee to the masses and drive growth across all areas of hospitality, retail and online.

Neil Wilson has come onboard as Fulfilment Centre Manager with the objective of streamlining the department and finding new tech solutions that will future proof the business as it grows.

Neil brings a wealth of experience to this new role having previously worked as Warehouse Manager at Thompson and Morgan.

Also new to the team is Arabella Brown who joins Paddy & Scott’s in the newly created role of Brand Manager.

Arabella previously worked at e-commerce agency, Wiro, and will be looking to improve brand visibility when it comes to ecommerce, as well as working with the account management team.

Since launching in 2007, Paddy & Scott’s has grown exponentially, opening cafes and funding its farming project in Kenya which supports the local community with jobs, equipment and education.

“This is our second recruitment drive this year and one that further bolsters our team with amazing new talent that will help us drive more growth going forwards,” comments Jon Reed, CEO. “We are incredibly pleased to welcome Neil and Arabella who we know are going to add to our team hugely.”

Paddy & Scott’s not only produces great-tasting coffee, but also invests its profits back into the coffee farms and surrounding schools, creating a community which supports the farmers and their families.
