Gotelee welcomes Christina Staples to conveyancing team

Since the merger with Margary + Miller last year, Gotelee Solicitors residential conveyancing team is going from strength to strength. The most recent addition to the team, Christina Staples, brings a wealth of experience, having worked in the field of residential conveyancing since 1989.

Christina has recently joined Gotelee’s Woodbridge office, where she helps clients buy and sell freehold and leasehold properties, make transfers of equity, and carry out re-mortgages. Christina specialises in giving full support and guidance to first-time buyers, helping them to navigate the process of taking their first steps on the property ladder.

Christina’s appointment comes during an exciting period of expansion for Gotelee, which now serves clients in Suffolk from five offices – Ipswich, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Melton and Hadleigh. Gotelee have also recently welcomed Charles Rowett, as the new CEO of Gotelee Solicitors, who will continue to grow the business whilst maintaining the outstanding reputation in the region.
