Gotelee advises local manufacturer on share acquisition by US Company

Leading Suffolk law firm Gotelee Solicitors has advised Suffolk-based V-M Orthotics Ltd and sister-company Multiskill (UK) Ltd through a share acquisition by leading global provider of orthotic products, Darco International Ltd.

V-M Orthotics, situated in Peasenhall, Suffolk has been operating since 1985 manufacturing their own orthotic products as well as acting as a distributor for the West Virginia based Darco International. Gotelee acted for the NHS-supplier V-M Orthotics in all matters relating to the acquisition. The project was led by Corporate and Commercial Partner Max Harnden and assisted by Corporate Partner Petra Sharp and Trainee Solicitor Annalise Shelcott.
