For teenagers up and down the country, A Level results day is a turning point. Many students reach this day with a clear plan, and know which path they want to take next. For others though, the results leave them none-the-wiser as to what next.
Lovewell Blake has a suggestion.
They offer an exciting opportunity to take on an apprenticeship – giving school leavers the opportunity to receive award-winning training, as well as earning a salary with hands-on, real world experience that puts studies into practice.
Lovewell Blake has built an industry leading reputation for their apprenticeship and graduate schemes. Every year they recruit up to 20 school and college leavers as well as University graduates. For the third year running, they were recently named in the top 100 UK employers for school and college leavers.

Their trainees are part of the team from day one. The managers and colleagues support them and encourage them in their studies, providing daily opportunities to put studies into practice. Additionally, students are given paid time out of the office to attend training courses and for exam preparation. An apprenticeship really can give school leavers the best of both worlds.
