Gotelee Solicitors has a vacancy in their Hadleigh offices for a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

This is a full time role and candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification experience. Candidates will definitely have strong IT skills, be organised, have excellent attention to detail and be a flexible team player. This role reports to the Residential Team Manager and is responsible for, and supported by, a Team Secretary.

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out the duties of a fee earner, including the requirements for case management, file maintenance, contact with clients and following office procedures. There is a responsibility to provide appropriate, accurate, sound, competent and timely legal advice in the area of conveyancing – both to clients and in support of the work of other staff, meeting the firm’s quality standards for client care and professional advice.

This role will also involve the supervising and development of support staff and involvement in marketing and client development initiatives.

The right person for this position will have excellent time management and organisational skills and will be comfortable with, and motivated by, objectives, targets and budgets.
