The Unruly Pig win Best Wine Award at Great British Pub Awards

 The Unruly Pig, Bromswell, Woodbridge, has achieved the ‘Best Wine’ Award in the Great British Pub awards 2019.

The Oscars of the pub industry the ‘Best Wine’ category provides a golden opportunity for recognition and reward with 16 categories to suit the many varied styles of the modern British pub.

The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London yesterday evening. The award was presented by host celebrity Hugh Dennis, Outnumbered and Mock the Week star.

The Unruly Pig gained ‘Best Wine’ Award 2019 for their outstanding wine list and cellar.

“We offer a superb selection of wine by the glass, there’s a little something for everyone; with interesting and a little less ordinary bottles, our renowned pudding wine, Fine Wine List and of course champagne! Commented Brendan Padfield, owner.

He continued: “We’re so proud of our outstanding ‘Unruly’ team and everything we’ve achieved, and we’re all on cloud nine. I’d just like to thank our customers for their amazing support and kind words, even at the event they were sending messages and it means so much to us all”

Following on from achieving the ‘Pub Restaurant Chef Award’ at the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards 2019
