Stokes Sauces moves into gifting with 11 new products

Premium condiment producer Stokes Sauces has created a new portfolio of gift products as it aims to take a bite of the gifting market in 2020.Launching at lifestyle trade show Top Drawer in January, Stokes will showcase the new 11-strong range for the first time. The new selection packs will hero its best-selling condiments and premium ‘extra’ jams and chutneys. Expected to enjoy the most interest is the Ultimate Ketchup Tasting Collection gift pack which includes a 300g full-size of Stokes Sauces’ hero product, Tomato Ketchup, along with four 40g mini jars of its ketchup varieties – Bloody Mary, Chipotle, Chilli and Curry.

A BBQ Sauce Tasting Collection will take world flavour inspirations with the launch of new on-trend Korean and Bourbon varieties in 40g mini jars. The new lines will sit with mini versions of its established Hot & Spicy and Sweet & Sticky BBQ Sauces along with a full-size 300g bottle of the Stokes Original BBQ Sauce.Paddington Bear will want to get his (sticky) paws on Stokes three new marmalade varieties which can be found in The Magnificent Marmalade Collection. Lemon & Lime, Mandarin and Rendlesham Marmalades in new 215g jars will join established marmalade Seville Orange.

Looking ahead to Christmas 2020, The Stokes Advent Calendar will answer the growing trend for alternative advent calendars, featuring a mix of 24 of Stokes Sauces’ most loved ketchups, sauces, mayonnaises, traditional condiments, relishes, chutneys and preserves in mini 40g jars. The calendar will champion Stokes Sauces Suffolk heritage and on-site animal sanctuary, with a fact about Stokes and the rescue animals behind each window.The Continental Breakfast Collection for fans of bacon butties and a full English will hero Stokes Brown Sauce with a full-size 300g bottle and four 40g mini jars of Stokes Tomato Ketchup and Bloody Mary Ketchup, as well as mini jars of Stokes Strawberry Extra Jam and Stokes Seville Orange Marmalade to liven up toast.

Stokes Sauces founder Rick Sheepshanks commented: “Gifting is a natural move for us as we have always prided ourselves on quality and we know our customers sometimes gift their favourites of our products to friends and family. We have worked hard to develop a range which showcases our very best and offers something for everyone – from the ketchup devotee to the jam fans.”

Other gift packs being launched include The Joyous Jam Collection (including Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry and Blackcurrant Extra Jams in 215g jars); The Cheeseboard Collection for cheese and wine fans (featuring Fig Relish, Chilli Jam, Red Onion Marmalade and Sticky Pickle in 215g jars) and The Sachet Selection Box containing eight generous ‘real world portion’ 32g sachets (including Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Brown Sauce, BBQ Sauce and Tartare Sauce).
