Long Melford Swan’s Gin Weekend

2016 was a boom year for gin with over 40 million bottle being sold across the UK. As the appetite for gin grows and with the myriad of flavour combinations available, the Long Melford Swan is running its first ‘Celebration of Gin’ weekend.

On Friday 18th March, Williams Chase & Fever-Tree Tonic will create a pop up bar in the Duck Deli, Long Melford, from 6-9pm. A gin expert will explain how to create the perfect G&T by using a variety of garnishes and flavours.

On Saturday 18th March, the Gin-themed weekend continues with a gin masterclass and a carefully paired afternoon tea. Led by Hayman’s Distillers, the afternoon will include a tasting experience to explore the wide range of flavours in the nations favourite spirit.
