Many people are uncertain about how to prepare and cook fish, even though it is renowned for being one of healthiest forms of food available.

During November, the acclaimed Chef-Patron from Tuddenham Mill, will be offering a unique and exclusive opportunity to attend a Fish Masterclass at the award winning restaurant and boutique hotel.

Lee Bye, who has done more than anyone to put local produce on Suffolk’s foodie map, will guide guests throughout the course. Lee will offer practical advice and a range of culinary techniques such as skinning, boning and filleting.  This is the perfect experience for amateur chefs, home cooks and foodies.

Lee and his team will also provide alternative ideas to the usual turkey for your Christmas dinner, offering recipes and tips for some fabulous fish substitutes.

The day will be relaxed, informal and fun with a sumptuous lunch and an exclusive Tuddenham Mill apron to take home.

Tuddenham Mill was recently named the named Highest Scoring Restaurant in Suffolk for the third year running by the 2018/2019 Good Food Guide.  The restaurant also hold three-rosette’s and 4 AA Silver Stars.

The day cost for this exclusive Masterclass is £120pp.
