An Evening of Chilean Wine at The Lavenham Greyhound

Enjoy an evening of dinner and Chilean wine with the producer, Diego Echevierra, on Wednesday 20th September at the Lavenham Greyhound.

Vina Echeverria have a long family history of creating elegant and best in class wines using organically grown grapes at the sustainable winery. They are the proud crafters of some of Chile’s most complex artisanal wines.

The food menu offers indulgent seasonal produce to welcome autumn, including Guinea Fowl (leek & ham hock terrine, Jerusalem artichoke & black garlic), Venison Loin (butternut squash, girolles, cobnuts & port reduction) and Chocolate Marquis (preserved kumquats & salted caramel ice cream).

The Greyhound is a member of The Stuart Inns group. It is located in Lavenham High Street, a beautiful small Suffolk town famed for it’s wool production and timber framed buildings. It has recently undergone an exciting expansion including a full kitchen re-fit, relocation of the cellar, a new restaurant area and a welcoming outside decked terrace.
