Fur-bulous new business opens in Lowestoft
13/08/2018 - Canine Creche UK
The new Lowestoft Canine Creche (part of the multi award winning Canine Creche Group) hosted their opening pawty at the weekend so that all prospective clients could attend, have a tour and join the celebrations with some fizz.
Founder of Canine Creche Group, Candace Rose, whose business now cares for over 1,000 dogs a week across multiple sites, said: “I was astounded at the way Lowestoft rallied to support one of their own with their new business, we saw over 200 people through the doors in three hours and so many have already booked their dogs in to register for our services.
“Comments were positive, and everyone was surprised at the amount of space there is – both inside and out. The design accommodates a separate introduction area for new puppies or shy dogs, as well as play equipment, snooze areas and oodles of toys!”
Local Paramedic, Donna White, is the franchisee and owner of the new creche, she commented: “Obviously it is very daunting to build a new business, to customise the building and you hope and dream that everyone feels the same, and that the service is as needed as you believe it to be, thankfully that has been the case and we were inundated with visitors.”
White added: “It is thrilling to be finally open. We had to apply for planning consent, obtain a licence, convert the building, be trained fully in managing a dog creche as well as expand our dog behaviour knowledge extensively. We have launched our Apprentice scheme for this site as we are dedicated to the development of our new employees and have recruited two members of staff already, with more planned for the future.”
This site has big expansion plans for the future with new services, but one of the first things they intend to do is host one of the Groups famous Puppy Pawty’s, these events are oversubscribed with wait lists across all locations and are
simply the best fun as well as educational for new puppy owners.
