IT firm’s business growth results in move to larger office

Since 2015, originally operating from a home office, Two Point Zero IT has provided IT support for small and medium-sized businesses – from monitoring systems and trouble-shooting to providing and designing cloud-based IT storage solutions.

Directors Alex Chapman and Billy Brundle have seen successful growth year on year moving to a small managed unit in Epsilon House, then into to a larger suite, before transferring to their new office at 4 Beta Terrace, on Ransomes Europark with their 8 members of staff.

“We are very excited to have made this move into a larger, self-contained premises” says Billy, “We have always had an ambitious growth plan for the business and the new premises gives us space for the existing team and capacity to expand as we need to, the new premises also has a dedicated and professional workshop space to improve and streamline our build and repair processes.”

As well as improving on the workshop capabilities and desk space the office also has a separate meeting room, “We are looking forward to welcoming customers and colleagues to the new office” says Alex, “We finally have the space to hold meetings and customer product demonstrations in-house. It was also important to us to stay with our long-term landlords, Masterlord Estates, who provide us with great service, fantastic office facilities and have always been very supportive to us.”

“This has also been a good way for us to test the capabilities of our own systems” adds Billy, “We are great advocates of cloud systems and this proved invaluable as we had zero downtime, we were able to continue day to day working as we moved between offices”.
