Ipswich-based IT and telecoms provider looking to expand their team

Ipswich-based IT and Telecoms provider Comms Unite are looking to recruit some new team members to add to their growing team of technicians.

The roles being recruited for are as follows:

First Line Support

As a First line Support for Comms Unite, this team member would be responsible for supporting IT and telecoms services, locally, nationally and internationally for clients. The role required someone who can communicate effectively, help clients to troubleshoot issues, solve problems with initiative and keep accurate records of incidents and provide accurate information about Comms Unite’s services and products available. The ideal candidate would be experienced previously in first line support or similar roles, have strong customer service skills and be detail oriented.

 

 

 

Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executives at Comms Unite’s key role is to have a demonstrable track record of making sales to business customers to join an expanding team selling voice communications across East Anglia, to both small and medium sized businesses. The ideal candidate would be a keen sales person, engaging and understanding the challenges of business owners and managers and taking the initiative to offer Comms Unite as a valuable partner.

The responsibility of a Field Sales Executive is to build relationships with clients, communicate clearly and effectively, present compelling and engaging proposals to potential customers and negotiate and close business deals. They would ideally be target driven, proactive in achieving their goals, be articulate and have experience in or at least an understanding of business phone systems and telecoms.
