Ipswich Borough Assets, an Ipswich Borough Council owned company, is pleased to announce the commencement of the fit-out phase for Lidl’s new store at Anglia Retail Park, following the successful completion of the building works by Ipswich Borough Assets and Brooks and Wood.
This marks a significant milestone in Lidl’s ongoing expansion within the region, bringing its renowned range of high-quality, affordable products to more customers in Ipswich.
The new Lidl store, strategically located at the thriving Anglia Retail Park, is set to enhance the retail offering for the local community. With Ipswich Borough Assets delivering the building on time and to the highest standards, Lidl is now able to begin transforming the space into a modern, customer-friendly shopping environment.
Lidl’s investment in this new store underscores the company’s commitment to providing residents of Ipswich and the surrounding areas with greater access to its award-winning product range, which includes fresh produce, bakery items, and household essentials.
Councillor Neil MacDonald, Ipswich Borough Council Leader, says:
