Gotelee oversees expansion of Fenn Wright into Woodbridge

The Gotelee commercial-property team were selected to finalise and complete a new business lease for chartered surveyors and estate agents, Fenn Wright, as part of their expansion to the Woodbridge area.

The offices at Nunn’s Mill, Quayside, provide an great setting for the property experts as they extend their A12 corridor presence, featuring onsite parking and easy access into Woodbridge town centre.

The expansion to the Quayside office accompanies a meeting of two key-property minds with the acquisition of highly respected Neals Estate Agent by Fenn Wright. Neals has enjoyed a loyal local client base having been established in 1951 by Dennis HB Neal and has subsequently flourished at the hands of James Neal who now joins Fenn Wright as an Associate Partner alongside Charlie Wright.

James’ expertise in the Woodbridge property market will no doubt be a huge asset to Fenn Wright as they establish their tenth branch. Gotelee’s involvement in the development of the project was multifaceted with Gotelee Corporate and Commercial Solicitor Laura Gray acting for Neals during the acquisition.
