Commercial units available as next phase is completed at Riduna Park

Riduna Holdings has announced the completion of nine new commercial units at its state of the art business park, Riduna Park, near Woodbridge. The new units are available for lease or for freehold purchase.

Already home to the headquarters of East Suffolk Council, several innovative independent businesses, and the artisan coffee house Honey + Harvey, the site has attracted huge interest from companies keen to base themselves in a modern development which has easy access points by rail and road.

Nine offices of varying sizes, from 1,250 sq ft to 7,500 sq ft two-storey options, are now ready for occupation. Each unit has wooden flooring, intuitive heating and air conditioning, shower rooms, and plenty of car parking for staff and visitors.

Located just opposite Melton train station, and within walking distance of Woodbridge town centre, Riduna Park has proved popular with those looking to limit their carbon footprint and commute from other areas of the county.

Katie Emerson, Project Manager for Riduna Holdings, said: “We have been delighted with the reaction to the development since our initial launch, and Phase Two is a really impressive ‘next chapter’ in the progression of the park.

“Several companies had already approached us to be on the waiting list for Phase Two, so we are thrilled that we can now look forward to some very significant East of England businesses moving in to their units in the coming weeks.

“The remaining offices and commercial spaces are now ready to be viewed, and we’re looking forward to seeing some very diverse companies and enterprises becoming part of Riduna Park.”
