Anglia Drain Doctor wins Franchise of the Year

Drain Doctor Franchisees Rob and Sam Simpson recently attended the annual Dwyer Group European Reunion in Berlin which saw Business Owners representing seven brands across the UK, Germany and Austria joining together and sharing best practices.

With over 3100 franchisees across the world, Dwyer Group is a values-based franchise organisation offering world class customer service repairing and maintaining homes and business properties.

The showpiece of the event was the Gala Awards Dinner where Rob and Sam were awarded the top honour as Drain Doctor Franchise of the Year.

Rob Simpson said: “What a year 2017 has been; we have a fantastic team of people working with us providing the best customer service to our commercial and domestic customers. This has resulted in over 40% growth in 2017 and we are already 20% up again in 2018. It was brilliant to attend the European Reunion and to meet so many inspirational colleagues and business owners.”
