Marketplace amp announces the appointment of Catalogue Executive and Junior Designer

Bury St Edmunds-based marketplace amp, a specialist FMCG Amazon agency focusing on grocery, health & hygiene, pets & homewares, has grown its Content Department with the appointment of two new team members.

The appointments are part of the agency’s long-term expansion plans, with the newly created positions resulting from significant client growth and new business wins, including Mars Horsecare, Typharm and Wrimes Cosmetics.

First-class Film and Media Studies graduate, 22-year-old Cali Peakall, joins amp from a leading Suffolk SEO agency where she was heading up global PPC campaigns and managing website portfolios. In her new role as Junior E-Commerce Catalogue Executive, she’s responsible for audits, listings and keyword optimisation analysis, alongside managing the maintenance of product catalogues –– positioning the agency’s clients’ products top of the search rank on the world’s leading marketplaces.

amp’s second new appointment is Computer Games Art graduate, 22-year-old Caitlin Pirie, who brings a wealth of creativity, digital illustration, 3D modelling and video editing expertise to her role as Junior Designer at amp. She’s an instrumental part of the Design Department and will be working on digital and UX on global marketplaces for a range of internationally well-known brands.

marketplace amp’s Creative Director, Liz Tyler, comments: “I’m thrilled to welcome Caitlin and Cali to the agency. With more than 60% of consumers starting their online shopping searches on marketplaces like Amazon, this is an exciting time for the department – and Caitlin and Cali’s fusion of analytical and creative talent will help to improve the shopping experience for consumers and amplify our clients’ success on Amazon. I’m excited to see them both flourish in their roles.”
