Drain Doctor in East Anglia aims for further growth in 2018

The East Anglia franchise of Drain Doctor won Franchise of the Year for 2017 and is now aiming for additional growth with the appointment of Lee Thornton in a Sales and Business Development Role.

Lee has an impressive career background involving telephone and face to face customer sales over several years and has joined Drain Doctor to help build sales for the company across a wide range of services. He will be involved in the follow up of repair quotations which are provided to customers as well as the development of new commercial clients throughout East Anglia. Working closely with Managing Director Rob Simpson, he will be offering Drain Doctor’s extensive range for plumbing and drainage services to a broad portfolio of businesses.

Lee stated, “I am thrilled to join Drain Doctor and look forward to speaking to and meeting business clients in the coming months. I am pleased to be part of a values based business with world class Net Promotor Scores and business ethics which puts the customer first.”

Drain Doctor in East Anglia currently has a growing fleet of trained and qualified plumbing and drainage engineers across East Anglia supported by a dedicated team in the office based near Ipswich. The family owned business is part of a national Franchise group covering the vast majority of the UK.

Rob Simpson said, “ We have grown significantly in 2017 and are growing again in 2018. We aim to provide the best service in our industry and, as a result of the growth we have experienced, found we were providing recommendations to customers and then not having the time to follow up. We were very impressed with Lee when he attended interviews with us and are confident that he will provide the best service to our existing and new customers and clients.”
