As well as picking up the award for Best Digital and Technology Employer, StrategiQ was also awarded Gold Accreditation, a mark of its positive approach to employee engagement which also saw it shortlisted for the Best Employer award at the Suffolk Business Awards 2018.
Judges took note of the Best Employer Eastern Region survey, completed by all StrategiQ employees, and the company’s award entry, bench marking the company against other businesses in the following areas;
● Employee Engagement
● Learning & Development
● Vision, Values & Purpose
● Reward & Recognition
● Inclusion
● Corporate Social Responsibility
● Attraction & Attrition
Andy Smith, co-founder and CEO of StrategiQ, said: “We are very proud to be recognised by the Best Employers Eastern Region scheme. Our company days, MVP scheme and commitment to personal development have all contributed to our employee survey results. We really are building a brand people want to be part of.”
The award tops off a successful year for StrategiQ, with the company also being shortlisted at the prestigious Masters of Marketing Awards and winning a silver award at the UK Digital Experience Awards.
Having grown from just two employees in 2013 to a current team of almost 30, StrategiQ works with a range of local, national and international businesses across various industries. In the next three years, the company hopes to open two additional UK offices, as it looks to build on the impressive growth it has enjoyed to date.
