Ellisons Solicitors is delighted to announce the appointment of Senior Associate Solicitor Ben Fox to its Contentious Trust and Probate Team.

Ben is a leading contentious trust and probate specialist and one of only four contentious probate solicitors in East Anglia to be ranked in the most recent and prestigious 2020 Chambers & Partners High Net Worth (HNW) Guide to the world’s leading private wealth advisers.

Ben specialises in all aspects of Wills, Trusts and Inheritance Disputes, including cross-border and offshore mandates. His expertise includes estate administration disputes (such as claims against Personal Representatives), challenges to the validity of Wills, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, trust litigation and beneficial interest disputes. He is a Full Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and is ranked as a Rising Star in the 2021 Legal 500 Guide.

Ben joins the existing Contentious Trust and Probate team led by Partners, Ceri Rogers and Graeme Wallington, who have extensive experience in advising upon trust and estate disputes. Ben further strengthens Ellisons’ contentious probate services by bringing his international/cross-border experience.
