How are you? No really, how are you?

Going into the next phase of lockdown and the tentative easing of restrictions you might be feeling unsettled again.

Happy People Solutions would like to invite you to join in or just listen to others, talk about your positive achievements or struggles that you’d like to overcome. Talking through the current situation is often helpful and sometimes it can useful to speak to a completely new set of people.

Two months of a very different way of life is quite an extensive period. For some, it will have been a time of restriction, but for others it will have been one of freedom. There are no right or wrong ways to feel.

Happy People Solutions is all about eating good food for great mental health. The team are experts in their fields of psychology and nutrition, so when it comes to enhancing your mental and physical health and wellbeing they can answer your questions.

The free 7pm Monday Zoom discussion sessions are only 30-40 minutes. A drop-in to ask questions or just to say out loud how you are feeling right now. It is a nice supportive and friendly environment to find some headspace.

The team are there to help.  Natasha Hodge a nutritional advisor, and Katrina Love, a psychotherapeutic counsellor and positive mindset coach will see you through this challenging time.
