3/05/2019 - Trinity Park
Fit East fitness festival is returning to Trinity Park on Saturday 6th July, following the success of the inaugural event in 2018. Under 12s go free to Fit East, a unique opportunity for all members of the family to have a go at new sporting activities with guidance from professionals.
Both local and national fitness professionals and coaches will be hosting sessions at Fit East, sharing their expert knowledge with visitors to understand how to develop a healthier lifestyle. As well as the physical benefits of exercise, Fit East will demonstrate the mental benefits as well as improvements to overall health and wellbeing.
Fit East have teamed up with Suffolk Strength Academy to show how a real life transformation happens. Event organiser, Charlotte, has taken on the challenge to achieve her goals, with the guidance of the personal trainers at Suffolk Strength Academy. Charlotte will share her journey through a blog with Ben Gray, owner of the Suffolk Strength Academy, which will also be shared on the Fit East website and social media. The aim is to encourage more people to take on their own challenges and show that it is possible to achieve strength and conditioning results for anyone. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet Charlotte and Ben at Fit East and ask them questions about the challenge.
Suffolk Strength Academy will provide a health screening service using Inbody technology at Fit East, to encourage visitors to understand their current health. The team at Suffolk Strength Academy are passionate about seeing people achieve their goals and joined Fit East in a challenge to highlight benefits of getting fit and that there isn’t a quick fix.
