Retreat to Tuddenham Mill this February, as the three-rosette restaurant and boutique hotel near Bury St Edmunds lays on a Valentine’s treat for guests. Here, Chef Patron Lee Bye explains what awaits his guests during their romantic stay here in the heart of Suffolk.

“The exquisite starter will be followed by fillet of Irish beef, green peppercorns and smoked marrow, or you might opt for our very special Highland cod, with thyme dauphinoise and king cabbage. Don’t forget to leave room for the pudding, which you can choose from a stunning passionfruit baked Alaska with walnut caramel or our delicious sea buckthorn doughnuts with chocolate sauce and orange sugar. It’s certainly a menu to fall in love with.”
