Local business welcomes staff back to the office in style

Evolve Financial Solutions welcomed their staff back into the office this week, with a socially distanced outdoor lunch provided by Trott and Whinny. As staff tucked into the delicious food, they took the opportunity to enjoy the Spring sunshine and reengage with their colleagues.

Jason Blunden, Managing Director of Evolve Financial Solutions said: “Our priority during the coronavirus pandemic has been to look after the safety and wellbeing of our colleagues.  Understandably, there is a lot of trepidation around returning to work, but we wanted to work with our colleagues to show them our support and assure everyone that we have measures in place to ensure the safety of each and every member of our team..

“There are clear benefits to having the staff back together at work.  We have a responsible testing procedure in place and staff have enough space at work to socially distance themselves from each other.  I feel confident as we enter Spring, there is much to be optimistic about.”

Paul Caufield, Operations Director at Evolve agreed: “I think the majority of our staff have been looking forward to coming back to the office, they have missed interacting with their colleagues and being able to work collaboratively.  We still have some vulnerable staff members working from home, but the lunch was a great way to welcome staff back and let them know they are valued”.

And with the recently extended stamp duty holiday and the start of Spring signalling better days ahead, the staff at Evolve will be busier than ever as they help their clients find the most suitable mortgage solutions for their needs.
