THE EAST ANGLIAN FESTIVAL NETWORK (EAFN) Event Production Show

After a successful return last October, the EAFN can now confirm that the EAFN Show is back again.  The East Anglian Festival Network’s annual free one day Event Production Exhibition and Conference brings together hundreds of Event organisers, venues and suppliers from right across East Anglia.

The 2023 event is sponsored by leading UK power supplier Gofer Ltd and supported by Ipswich Borough Council, Grapevine Live and BoMoJo.  This year the EAFN Show will be held on Thursday 5th October 2023 between 9.30am and 4pm back at one of East Anglia’s most prestigious venues – Ipswich Town Hall and Corn Exchange.

It is free to attend for East Anglian Festival, Fair and Funday organisers, Event and Venue managers, Event Suppliers and other event professionals working in the event sector.  The EAFN Show provides a platform for learning and networking to take stock, share ideas, learn and put in place plans to continue to provide our region’s amazing events.

In addition to plenty of opportunities for Networking there will be the usual excellent line-up of talks and speakers in the Conference Sessions, a good variety of Exhibitors from across our region showcasing their products/services to the people who make the most exciting events across East Anglia happen, a live lounge showcase providing a chilled musical backdrop to the Show, and many other fun activities and surprises.
