The Felixstowe Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce its partnership with Felixstowe Business Improvement District (BID) and East Suffolk Council to host the inaugural ‘Love to Work in Felixstowe’ Job Fair. This highly anticipated event will take place at Felixstowe Leisure Centre on Friday, October 6, 2023, from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm.

The ‘Love to Work in Felixstowe’ Job Fair is poised to be a pivotal opportunity for individuals aspiring to work in and around Felixstowe, whether they are seeking their first job, contemplating a career change, or eager to advance in their current roles.

This groundbreaking event has garnered the participation of over 40 leading local and regional employers, many of whom are Felixstowe Chamber members. These employers represent a diverse range of sectors in the area, spanning from port and shipping companies to recruitment, retail, hospitality, tourism, public sector, and professional services.

The official opening of the Job Fair will be presided over by Mayor of Felixstowe, Councillor Seamus Bennett.
