2019 Chamber Business Awards regional win for four Suffolk business

Suffolk businesses have performed particularly strongly in the regional round of the 2019 British Chambers of Commerce business awards.

No fewer than four companies secured an award – out of a total of nine on offer for the area covering Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Norfolk.

The Suffolk winners are:

The Hearing Care Centre: Customer Commitment Award

Morrison Freight: High Growth Business of the Year Award

Thomas Ridley: E-Commerce Business of the Year

PolicyBee: Employer of the Year

Now in their 16th year, the Awards are a highlight of the business calendar, recognising the key role that local businesses play in driving the UK economy. Each of the winners will now go forward to represent the East of England in the national finals, which take place in London in November.

John Dugmore, Suffolk Chamber’s chief executive, said: “this is unequivocal proof, if it was needed, that Suffolk’s business community is jam-packed with dynamic, diverse and highly successful companies.

“Good luck to ‘our’ four firms as they now compete on the national stage.”
