Rendlesham care home celebrates launch of new care group to deliver ‘Care from the Heart’

It was a very important date for a care home in Suffolk as it took part in a countywide afternoon tea to celebrate the launch of the new Aria Care Group.

Colleagues and residents from Rendlesham Care Centre in Rendlesham enjoyed an Alice in Wonderland-themed afternoon tea as the home marked the occasion.

Aria Care has 50 care homes in total across England, Scotland and Jersey, which all took part in the afternoon tea celebrations.

The group celebrated its official launch on Monday, 13th March at its head offices in Colchester, Essex, with an Alice-in-Wonderland themed afternoon tea.

Homes across the group, including Rendlesham, then joined in the celebrations with their own tea parties on Tuesday, 14th March, with sandwiches, scones and sweet treats.

The home was decorated for the party and residents were joined by friends and family for the celebrations.

Registered manager Cosmin Tiriteu said: “We love to celebrate at Rendlesham and the launch of the new group was a great excuse! The team is looking forward to continuing the good work we’re known for and the new launch will only enhance the great service we offer.”

Caroline Roberts, CEO of Aria Care, said: “The launch event was absolutely fantastic and everyone had so much fun. We are thrilled that our colleagues and residents across the country were able to join in with the celebrations too and hope everyone enjoyed their tea parties.

“Aria Care reflects our commitment to providing excellent care and delivering a quality lifestyle to the elderly people in our communities. We are delivering a service which our residents and families can trust. We feel our new motto, Care from the Heart, reflects this dedication.”
