The Co-op Juniors Theatre Company, the largest amateur production company in the UK returned this year to celebrate their 15th anniversary of their Christmas Spectacular show at Snape’s world famous Maltings concert hall celebrating not only the festive season but 15 years of performances at Snape Maltings.
The Co-op Juniors Theatre company went back to their roots with a beautifully presented Christmas dance-variety show. A glittering festive treat through memorable film musicals from times gone by with dazzling songs and dance routines, stunning colourful staging and wonderful costumes.
This year the Co-op Juniors Theatre company celebrated Christmas in style with an all new variety spectacular with a cast of 100 talented performers with creative choreographed numbers for such a wide range of ages, in over 1,000 stunning costumes made by parents and friends and a live orchestra.
O Holy Night which gave you a real sense of Christmas and the nativity was a spectacular first half end with a well deserved rapturous applause.
A slick, polished, and professional show sharing the extraordinary young talent in a performance that was exceptional. A truly wonderful start to the Christmas season showing off the skills of The Co-op Juniors Theatre company stars. Well done to the nine piece orchestra under musical director Jo King and to the show’s director/choreographer Lucy Allen.
It was a massive feel-good feast for the eyes and ears, a festive extravaganza that lit up the cast and audience. A treat for all the family. Roll on next years Christmas Spectacular !
