Suffolk Chamber recruits Rebecca Pascoe to boost events team

The Suffolk Chamber of Commerce has recruited Rebecca Pascoe as its new events manager to front its successful events team.

The team delivers dozens of events across the county in a range of locations, providing opportunities for businesses to network in professional and relaxed environments and to hear from its diverse list of speakers.

According to Amanda Ankin, head of chamber services: “With the recruitment of someone as experienced as Rebecca, we will now build upon these strengths to create an ever stronger events offer to our members.”

A graduate from the University of Greenwich with a BA Hons in Events Management, Rebecca has amassed over eight years’ experience of running events in central London. She has specialised in the commercial property sector, and the ‘launching’ of new development schemes to market in both Central and Greater London.

Rebecca will be fronting up the four-strong events team and will be applying some of the techniques and approaches she used in London to ensure that Suffolk Chamber adds further value to our offer.

Rebecca added: “I grew up in the county and over the years as I worked in London have kept an eye on what Suffolk Chamber is doing. It has a great reputation, providing essential services and insights to its members and the wider business community and I’m delighted to have joined such a business of purpose.”
