Data suggests that there is an increasing number of workers feeling motivated to use their Christmas break to make positive changes in their lives, by searching for a new job. There is a strong increase in job applications from 21st December through to the 15th January. Some of our partner job boards see a 39% year-on-year increase in job applications during this period.  You can bet that your competitors are thinking December is slow for recruitment, so they will just let it roll over into January.
