PolicyBee wins customer service award for the 7th year running

Ipswich insurance broker PolicyBee has won the Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo for the second year in a row, after winning five back-to-back Gold awards previously. The award is an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses for delivering exceptional experiences, as rated by real customers.

Feefo is a reviews and customer insights technology company that provides businesses with the tools to collect real, purchase-verified customer reviews. PolicyBee has now received Platinum status for the second year running. Platinum awards recognise organisations that have achieved Feefo Gold standard for three or more consecutive years. To reach Gold standard they must have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year with a service rating of at least 4.5.

PolicyBee received over 400 reviews at an average rating of 4.9 in 2020. This latest Platinum award reflects PolicyBee’s continuing commitment to offering friendly, jargon-free advice and helping customers buy their professional insurance as quickly, easily and painlessly as possible.
