Grant Thornton has successfully advised on the sale of iSAMS, a leading, fully integrated, online school management system, to IRIS Software Group.

IRIS’ acquisition of the Northampton based company represents a growth of its education portfolio and is closely aligned with the Group’s vision to be the most trusted provider of mission critical software and services.
