Transmode, a Suffolk-based logistics specialist, is celebrating its ten-year anniversary with new premises in Felixstowe.
Transmode is a UK-wide logistics specialist providing flexible road transport solutions for all kinds of customers – from major retailers and their distribution centres to internal shipping lines and freight forwarders – moving containers from all main ports in the UK to their inland destination, as well as offering container storage, transshipping, specialised equipped logistics services and consultancy.
Transmode Directors Hussein Ahmed and Mark Fielding, whose experience spans over four decades, founded the company in 2009. In the last ten years, the company has grown exponentially to have a presence across the whole of the UK – with operations in major ports like Seaforth, Southampton, London Gateway and of course, Felixstowe.
The office move to a new location at Orwell House on Ferry Lane, Felixstowe, has secured a comfortable space for the ever-growing Transmode team and business.
