As an Inroads personal assistant in our Adult Services (18-33), you will work with our tenants in the Hadleigh and Ipswich areas, in their supported living homes. Our tenants require support with complex needs, such as autism and behavioural difficulties. Many of our tenants also have complex health issues such as epilepsy and diabetes and will require support with personal care.
Our tenants love to get out and have fun! You will be the person who enables them to do this. Are you passionate and willing to find innovative ways to ensure they are involved in exciting, stimulating and life-affirming activities that will fill their days with enjoyment? It might be taking them on a shopping trip, or something bigger, like planning a jet-set holiday, but your support will be vital in assisting them to experience and enjoy these activities.

Can you inspire these children to be confident, active, adaptable and fun-loving? Could you liaise with their families, and help them feel part of their local community?
Could you take the time to encourage and support them to ensure they achieve all their goals and aspirations in life? It might be a visit to the museum or a ride on a train, but it can make all the difference to their outlook on life.
